My heart was set free from my cage
When 7od made two
The key was the rib
That unlocked time for you
And every time you give in to me
A young bald ego comes through
7od knew then
When creating men
That two different natures
Would have to give and bend
So the yang of my yin
Was released from within
Flew from the depths of my soul
Now the birthing process will begin
With the duty of loving lives to send
Beyond life’s heights
To Him
Submerged safely in the draft of your wing
Beautiful black bird
Together we will ascend
We will transform from friends to kin
You see
You are so much more
Than guts, rib or skin
Only through our love
Can any nation ever win
Between man and woman
Was made a pact
That through selfishness
We lack to defend
So he uncaged love
As only 7od can
Just to see if love comes back again
And on this act
All bonds do depend
In this process some hearts do crack
But true love will mend
Any separation like that
He wanted us to flock together
We are birds from the same father
